How do I
place an order?
Find the product you like under Products, choose a flavor if available and quantity. Click "Add to Cart." Continue shopping and adding products and when ready, click the Cart icon at the top right of the website. You will be asked to enter payment information and choose a shipping method. Once payment is completed, your order is processed and Joie will get started on your order right away! You can also order via our form under Contact for special requests, or give Joie a call directly at the number listed above.

We take credit cards, Paypal, cash (walk-ins only), Venmo (walk-ins only). Our shipping is calculated for domestic orders with USPS priority mail, as international orders are not currently accepted. You can also choose store pick-up if you live in the area you can come into our storefront located at 4850 W. Flamingo Rd #4, Las Vegas, NV 89103.

Returns
& Refunds
As the nature of our business is hand-prepared food and time-consuming, we currently do not accept refunds or exchanges if the package has been open/unsealed. You may request samples onsite before purchasing if you visit our store. Please contact Joie directly if you've accidentally ordered the wrong product online and would like to exchange for something else (must be unopened, sealed.)
